1. Firstly I take a look at the map and decide what route my 4 bus drivers are going to take. If a destination takes a long time to reach my plan is not to group this with many other stops as this will increase the time my journey takes. In this example one of my journy's will only be Aylesbury + Ipswich. If there are a couple of stops bunched together then I will send one bus driver to pick up from all of these stops , for example Reading + Paddington + Lewisham + Kingston. Overall I plan my 3/4 journeys which each of my bus drivers will take.

2. Afterwards I then import my 'Timings' data. At first I fount it difficult to remember the process of incerting it but with practise im sure I will be able to complete this task in the future very quickly.

3. I then enter the information which I have been given for the number of boys and girls at each location. Simple step. Following on I do a simple calculation which adds the boys and girls together from each location, this is then totalled at the bottom.

4. From this step I stay on the same page and enter in the routes which I think will work. Some of these journys may take 2 or 5 steps depending on how many stops the driver has to make.

5. I then go to the Timetable page and make sure that each depart time has an additional time of 5 minutes because that is how long each driver is prepared to wait for the passengers.

Overall I think that the biggest success about my project is certainly the drop-down lists that I have included. I think that by creating these it put my skills to the test mainly because it was mostly a lot of complicated formula and I had to have good patience because I had to change lots of different fomulas to fit what I wanted my project to produce. Furthermore I think that through the success of the drop-down lists this also give an impact to my project, before I had not completed them my project was certainly very boring and there wasn't much to it, through creating these pieces it makes my project less boring because this is something which will keep the user occupied.

The biggest problem I have had was a certain formula in one page, I was making mistakes and it kept building and building until I almost had to start the page again because of this vital mistake. I was able to fix this problem after help from sir.I also had another problem where I couldnt get my drop-down lists to work but after having spent time on reviewing all of the formula and entered data I was able to fix this problem in the holidays. I also think that the layout of my project changed as I produced it, I had a sketch on paper on what I would want it to be and this completely changed as I was making my project. Overall I dont think this is a major issue, that my layout changed, but I think it is certain that I wanted to create one which would intrest the user and keep them occupied.

I have completed all of my written pieces, Hardware Software and Analyse it, overall I have completed these tasks in less time than I planned mainly because I have been producing my project in my own time at home. I am steadily progressing with my project and these are just a few aspects which I need to change/improve. All of the main parts of my project is completed, the pages, layout, the fomula needed, now all I need to do is adapt the colour of my project so it is appealing, I then need to set a certain set of formula to a certain heading and cell. Once I have done this my project is almost complete and once I have had someone else to test it I think it will then be complete. Once I have completed my project everything will be done.

The only main thing which has changed is the time span which I aimed to complete tasks, I am behind on my actual project but then I am ahead on my written pieces.

I have completed all of my research now which I have made sure is accurate. I have gone way over on my plan and i am a couple of months over what I aimed, I have sketched out another plan for my project and now i have all of my research done. All now I need to do actually build my project which from all of the plans and layouts that I have produced should be pretty simple if I stick to my plan. I think that my project will be built in about a month but I shall be working at home on it aswell as in lesson time.

Once I have produced my project I think I will need to produce a set of instructions which will help the user of my project navigate their way around, and to make sure they benefit from all aspects of my project when using it. I think that a set of instructions will help my user until they start to get the hang of my project and they will just be some basic guidelines.

I have just about finished all of my research that is needed for my project, i now just need to decide on the company that i am going to use to base my price list for the solar panels on. I have gone over schedule with my research and i am a month behind, but i have nearly completed all of my Analyse it section. I have a dfraft on paper of what my project needs to look like and the things it needs to do. I am yet to start piecing together my project but i have been focusing on the research so when my project is produced all areas when figures are involved will be correct. The main aim of my project is to produce some accurate figures for a solar panel company and because i have been researching some accurate figures i think that the project itself is going to suffer because i wont have a long period of time to produce it but i think i will take my project home and produce most of it there.

I only have a paper copy of my project at the moment so i cannot say that i have made any changes to my project, im sure that when i start producing my project i will have to make some changes due to my ideas and not transfering them onto the computer and also because of other aspects.

In my project so far i have been researching about e-commerce, i came to the stage where i was bored of researching so i decided to start my multimedia piece of the project. In my project i have created some buttons which are shown on each slide and i have also finished one slide about what ecommerce actually is.

Jobs list:

Finish my research on all areas of e-commerce on a page in microsoft word.
I also need to finsh my multimedia piece.
I intend to finsh some at home.

My 3 week plan:

Week one, I need to finsh my multimedia piece.
Week two, I intend to finish all of my research in this week
Week three, finish anything which isn't sorted. Perhaps improve all areas of project.

I think that i would give myself a 4 out of 5 for my research about the area of ICT used and also list how the uses of ICT in this area because i think that i have researched very well and i just need to get it into my own words and that i think that i need to put in a little bit more work to get these two marks up to 5 out of 5.
I cannot judge my multimedia project at the moment because it is no way near finshed but i know that on each slide i have used a consistent style on each slide, on each slide the buttons and layout for pictures and text are positioned in the same position on every slide so i think i can give myself a 5 out of 5 mark.

* tomorrow i will focus on slide 2 and 3, if i finish these two slides tomorrow i will then review all of my other slides and see if i can improve them in anyway. *

I think that my strongest area of the project was the written pieces. I didn't really pay much attention on my design it and build it section, it was mainly a last minute thing. I spent quite alot of time of my written piece of the project and that is why i got a couple of high marks in them.
