The most succesful part of my project were:

• Creating forms in database
• Creating queries in a database
• Making a detailed table in the database
• Using different tools and techniques in the database to make it seem better/professional

The biggest problems i had were:

• Finding a good colour scheme to make the system seem professional
• Making the database have a good apperance
• Not finding all the information i need on certain animals
• Not having enough time to create a better database

The main changes i made are:

• I had to stop putting new animals in as i did not have enough time
• Adding images
• Not making many forms
• Adding new buttons throughout the database
• The layout of my 'large table' form
• The starting menu/ page which appears.

Over the last few weeks, i have been still creating my database by adding in information. This is fine as on my plan, it states that i should be still adding information into my database. So far I have got the information for my project from different sources. I have found categories and sub-categories in my project. I have created 3 table in design view. I have created relationships in my database linking different tables together. I have entered information into my database. Many things have gone well in my project. In my project, Finding the information for my project went well as i found two websites that give me reliable information so it was easy to cross-check the information. Also, creating three tables and linking them using relationships made it easier to enter information as i would not need enter information that may be repeated and it would be already there due to the relationship tool in mircosoft access. The problem that i faced was some of the information that i had i had. Some of the information didnt have information for certain fields so i had to leave some fields blank.

Now, i need to:

• Finish inputting information onto my database(Jan-Feb)
• Add a new field labeled Image and add an image into each animal field(Feb)
• Create separate forms for each individual record(Feb-Early march)
• Test my project (march)
• Improve on my project (march)
• Finished Project(March)

So far i have completed:

• I have got the information from my projects
• I have found categories and sub-categories in my project
• I have created the main database table

I need to:

• Finish building my project
• Test my project
• Improve on project

So far i am in line with my plan as in my plan, it states that i should be still building my project from December to February. I have made a few changes to my original project. I have added new fields to my project e.g i have added a picture field which allows users to see the animal in the form. I have also added sub-categories to my project to allow me to enter repeated information only once. Also, instead of only one table i have created 3 because of my sub-categories which allows me to expand my information. Also i have decided to create forms which allows the user to look at information easily.

I now need to finish creating the table so i can then create forms for each animal which makes the table look better and more like a professional database. After i need to test the project as it allows me to check how well its working and if i need to add or change anything in my project.

So far, I have: researched different e-commerce websites to see what is in them. Also I have drafted many different design ideas for my advert poster. I have also looked at different adverts for e-commerce sites like Argos and Amazon. I have drawn around a man running, created a small poster for my poster, found a brick wall and drew around a brick.

I have got left to do: colour the brick, paste it into publisher, create a brick wall thats black and white, find a car and a pavement and draw around the car and pavement and paste it in and also write about e-commerce.

• I think i was most successful in doing the writing portion of my project as i felt that i wrote it quite well and included a lot in it. I also felt i did the multimedia section of my project quite well as i felt i made it look quite good. Also i feel that i was succsesful in the exam as well because i prepared for it well and felt that i knew a lot of the stuff.
• I found it hard to choose a topic to base my project on as i couldnt chose how and what to do it on. Also i found it hard to make my project seem professional.
